PRODUCTION LINES
Eighteen production lines are installed in the production department. Several working steps are automatically performed along the line: glass tubing feeding, ampoule processing, stem finishing, pre-breaking, printing, glass annealing, automatic 100% controls, external treatment, automatic gauging and packing. Line operators perform further product controls, final packing and palletization, with informative registrations for traceability of any pertaining activity.
DISTRIBUTION AND FLOW CONTROL SYSTEM FOR COMBUSTION FLUIDS
A control system is in place to optimize and make stable the glass heating conditions. The utilities are designed and maintained, paying special attention to any risk of contamination for materials and products.
TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR THE GLASS COOLING AIR
The air for the ampoules cooling is supplied to the production lines by means of a centralized treatment unit (UTA), equipped with high efficiency particulate air filters – ISO 8 class, both for the first cooling down the room temperature, and for the second cooling at lower temperature, used for closed ampoules.
